HOTEL POLICIES

PET POLICY

The Franklin on Rittenhouse is dog-friendly. You may have up to two dogs per guest room. A one-time non-refundable fee of $75 per night, plus tax will be charged to your room upon check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 48 hours before 4 PM on the day of arrival. Cancellations within the 48-hour cancellation policy are subject to the first night’s room and tax. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 48-hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation. Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure validity, however, no deposit will be taken with the exception of an Advanced Purchase Rate. In this case, the entire amount would be charged and is non-refundable.

AT WHAT TIMES ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

DO YOU OFFER PARKING?

No. The Franklin on Rittenhouse does not offer parking as part of your stay. We recommend the Latimer Garage due to its proximity, affordability, and consistent customer service. It is located at 1510 Latimer Street. For 24-hour parking, the rate is $30. It is a cash-only establishment.

DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER ON SITE?

No. At this time, we do not have a fitness center on property. Our front desk team is more than happy to recommend fitness facilities near our hotel.

WHAT IS THE AMENITY FEE AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

The amenity fee is $25 per room per night, plus tax, and includes two bottles of water upon arrival, daily continental breakfast, unlimited coffee and water station, and wifi.

DO YOU HAVE AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE?

We do not offer an airport shuttle at this time, but our front desk team is more than happy to schedule your taxi.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO CHECK IN?

You must be 21 or older to check in at The Franklin on Rittenhouse.

DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING ON PROPERTY?

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on The Franklin on Rittenhouse property.
